Susana C. Schultz, Vice President of Editorial, is founder of Strictly Spanish, and co-founder of SSE. She has an advanced degree in translation and a Bachelor in Law from the University of Uruguay, as well as advanced teaching degrees in English, French, Portuguese, and Italian, from accredited institutions in Uruguay. Susana taught K-12 ESL, French, and Italian for 8 years in Uruguay. A published translator and editor, she has translated and edited for most of her career.

Lon Schultz is co-founder of SSE and Vice President of Operations. Lon studied at the Universities of Idaho and Florida State, specializing in business administration. His career and background have been in human resources and organizational development. Prior to joining his wife, Susana, in Strictly Spanish as her business partner, he was the founder and President of Resource Development Group, a training and development company.

Laura Leonhartsberger is Project Manager for K-12 projects at SSE's head office in Cincinnati, Ohio. She is a native of Argentina and she has a Bachelor's Degree in Education from the College of Education in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and a degree in ESL. Laura has seven years of experience as editor, translator, and project manager in a publishing environment.

Adriana Cruz is Translation Team Manager and Project Manager at SSE’s office in Montevideo, Uruguay. Adriana, a native of Uruguay, leads a team of translators in Uruguay. She has a degree as Certified Public Translator from the University of Uruguay, sworn with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uruguay, and a degree in English. She taught ESL in Uruguay. Adriana, a published translator and editor, has 17 years of experience in the translation and editing fields.

Nora Díaz is Translation Team Manager and Project Manager at SSE’s office in Chihuahua, Mexico. Nora, a native of Mexico, leads a team of translators and editors in Mexico. Nora has a B.A. in ELT and Translation from the Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua, in Mexico. After graduating, she became translation professor at the same university. A published translator and editor, she has been in the translation and interpretation business for 20 years.

Marta Silva is Project Manager of K-12 projects at SSE's office in Kansas City, KS. Marta, a native of Spain, leads a team of multi-national Spanish editors in KC. She has a B.A in Linguistics and a M.A. in Translation and Culture from the Universidad de Córdoba in Córdoba, Spain. She is  also a Spanish teacher and a member of the committee for adoption of books in Kansas City. She designed and implemented District Standardized Tests in Spanish for secondary education.
